2019年5月の新元号に対する影響の有無につきまして

Acronis製品を利用したバックアップ等のスケジュール動作に関しましては、 西暦のみを利用しており日本の元号を参照した項目は設けておりません。 
この為、元号変更に伴い製品動作およびライセンスに影響が及ぶことは一切ございません。 
※本件につきましては、Acronis Backup Advanced 12.5や前製品も含め、ご利用中のOSに関わらずすべてのAcronis製品に該当いたします。
 


Acronis Backup 12.5: License synchronization fails with "sqlite3.IntegrityError: column id is not unique" error in logs

Symptoms

  1. You open Acronis Backup web console, go to Settings -> Licenses and click Sync to synchronize subscription licenses from Acronis account,
  2.  The following error appears:

    Acronis account <xxx> synchronization failed

  3.  If you check log of Acronis License Server (C:\ProgramData\Acronis\LicenseServer\Logs on the Management Server machine), you see error message similar to the following one:

    sqlite3.IntegrityError: column id is not unique

Acronis Backup 12.5: Management Server update fails with "Create database permission denied"

Symptoms

  1. Your Acronis Management Server database is stored in external SQL server (not the built-in SQLite)
  2. You launch installation of Acronis Backup 12.5 Build 12730 (or later) to update existing Acronis Management Server. 
  3. Update fails
  4. Installation log contains the following message:

    1: Error 0x1290021: 42000: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]CREATE DATABASE permission denied in database 'master'

Introduction

This article describes how to set up Acronis True Image so that backups are saved to two or more external disks, which could be swapped or rotated on regular basis. For example, backup to disk A on even weeks and backup to disk B on odd weeks. Compute points is a currency used to achieve the necessary performance of the running failover server. Available licenses can include 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000 Compute Points.

2. アクティビティの詳細を展開すると、「アーカイブを開けませんでした」という行に .tibx 拡張子のファイルが表示されます。例えば:
エラー 0x400355: アーカイブ  'Acronisbackup.tibx'を開けませんでした。
